How to Sign Up / Renew your eScrip
You must renew your VONS/ PAVILIONS, ALBERTSONS and RALPHS cards in the electronic Scrip program EACH YEAR. Here’s how:
- Fill out the Arcadia Education Foundation Scrip Program Form with your name, address and VONS / Pavilions, Albertsons cards number: 600315_________ and return it to your PTSA Scrip Chairperson or mail to AEF PO Box 660009, Arcadia, CA 91066. AEF will renew it for you. OR
- You can renew online at www.escrip.com. Click on” Members/Supporters” and type in your club number. Next, click on “RENEW” and you are done.
- RALPHS- Please renew your Rewards cards at www.ralphs.com ( AEF is not allowed to renew RALPHS card for you)
To change or add to the school/ groups you are supporting. Complete the following steps:
- Go to www.escrip.com and click on “Members/Supporters”.
- Enter your club card number that is registered with the eScrip program. Click “Enter”.
- Click on “My eScrip” to access your own account. Your Supporters ID# will appear in the box.
- You will be asked for your password. If you have forgotten or never set one up, click”forgot your password”. You will be sent your password in a few days.
- Enter your password and you will be able to access your own account.
- Under the heading of “What can I do in My eScrip?” click on “change my group selection” Search for all schools/groups in the AEF program by zip code 91066
Please renew your RALPHS Rewards cards at www.ralphs.com, here’s how:
If you have NOT registered your rewards card on-line
- Log in to www.ralphs.com and click on “Sign In / Register”
- Click on ”SIGN UP TODAY” in the “New Customer?” box
- Sign up for a Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and condition.
- You will then get a massage to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
- Click on “My Account” and use your email address to proceed to the next step.
- Click on “Edit Community Contribution information” and input your card number.
- Update or confirm your information.
- Enter NPO number- 83373 or “Arcadia High School- AEF” and click on “confirm”.
- To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
If you have already registered your rewards card on-line
- Log in to www.ralphs.com and click “Sign In / Register”
- Enter your email address and password then click on “sign in”
- Click on “My Account”( in the top right hand corner)
- To change the organization click on “Edit Community Contribution Program Information”
- Enter “Arcadia High School- AEF” or NPO number - 83373 and click on “ Save Changes”
- You will now see all of the changes your made and your account is updated.
